Recently, after about 10% dilute sulfuric acid was added to the system for desulfurization and denitration, pipes throughout the saturator system became clogged; the mother liquor also became thicker, and scaling in the system increased significantly, leading to higher resistance. I’m seeking advice from experts on how to resolve this issue ? ?
What about the calcium content? Has it been tested?

The product of desulfurization and denitration is a mixture of sulfurous acid and sulfuric acid; in some cases, there may be a relatively high amount of sulfurous acid present. Additionally, theoretical analyses suggest that carbonates and light tar (unburned material that has leaked through) may be present as well, which can cause the ammonium sulfate to take on an incorrect color and turn black. Furthermore, the smoke and dust inside can more easily cause the color of ammonium sulfate to darken.
