There is a tank A with a volume of 2000 cubic meters, containing mixed xylene; its density is 0.825 and the liquid level is at 5.5 meters. Material is to be transferred to another tank B, also with a volume of 2000 cubic meters – the liquid level in this tank is at 1 meter, and it as well contains mixed xylene with a density of 0.825. The amount to be transferred is 230 kilograms. I would appreciate some guidance on how to calculate this I wonder how long it will take to fill this What is the liquid level in tank B after the material has been added?
