Lutianhua Co., Ltd. held a celebration ceremony to mark 300 days of safe and environmentally sustainable operation of the new system’s ammonia synthesis and urea production units. On December 12th and 13th, the ammonia synthesis unit and the urea production unit under the new system each achieved 300 days of safe and environmentally sustainable operation; in particular, the urea production unit under the new system set a new record for the longest uninterrupted period of operation since it was put into use in 1976. Since the ammonia and urea production units of the new system were put into operation in February this year, all the managers and employees in the workshop, along with the supporting teams from mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation fields, have worked diligently to ensure close coordination among production, supply, and sales. By focusing on long-term process management and handling abnormal operating conditions, they strive to make full use of natural gas resources in an efficient and optimal manner, thereby maximizing the company’s value and profitability. Over 300 days, a total of 1,516 defects were identified and resolved; the average daily load on the new systems in the synthesis workshop was 98.36%, resulting in the production of 442,600 tons of liquid ammonia ； The new system in the urea production plant operated at an average daily load of 97.6%, producing a total of 590,300 tons of urea (including 37,100 tons of the new type of urea and 50,200 tons of diesel vehicle exhaust treatment fluid).
