The lifting of large-scale equipment for the 300,000 tons per year coal-based ethylene glycol production project at Shaanxi Weihe Binzhou Chemical Co., Ltd. has been completed. Recently, the gasification unit of this project saw the successful lifting of large-scale equipment. The large-scale equipment that was lifted in a centralized manner included 3 carbon scrubbing towers (each weighing 145 T), 2 coal grinder drums (each weighing 76 T), 1 converter (weighing 121 T), 3 gasification furnaces (each weighing 172 T), and 1 purge nitrogen tank (weighing 95 T). The lifting work was completed over a period of one month, depending on the delivery schedule of each piece of equipment. The successful lifting of the large-scale equipment has laid a solid foundation for subsequent construction work.
