The main construction involves two sets of 6.25-meter coke ovens with a total of 227 chambers, capable of producing 2.51 million tons of coke per year. The coke ovens are equipped with 2X160t/h quenching systems, as well as wet quenching systems as alternatives. There are also 2x81t/h waste heat boilers for dry quenching, along with 2x25MW generator sets; the power generation capacity from dry quenching is 2x210 million Kw.h per year. The remaining gas is utilized by 2X200t/h high-temperature, high-pressure gas boilers, along with 2×35MW generator sets, resulting in a maximum power generation capacity of 820 million kwh per year. Coal preparation, screening and storage, flue gas desulfurization and denitration as well as waste heat recovery, gas purification (condensation and ventilation, desulfurization, ammonium sulfate production, benzene extraction, storage tank systems, 50,000 cubic meter gas tanks, power generation from residual gas, and related auxiliary facilities). The Third Branch of Hebei Province’s Fourth Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for the project aimed at integrating and reducing the coking capacity of Hebei Xinpengnan Coking Co., Ltd. to 2.51 million tons per year, with a bid price of 228 million yuan. The Yaxin Fine Chemicals and New Materials Recycling Project is located in the Qingxu Fine Chemicals Recycling Industrial Park. The main construction components include: the coking section, which encompasses the coal preparation system, coke treatment system, coking facilities, desulfurization and denitrification units, coke quenching facilities, gas purification equipment, as well as various coal washing and other production facilities, along with the corresponding utility and auxiliary systems. The main equipment used is JNX2-70-2 type top-loading coke ovens, with 3×65+1×55 chambers. The chemical production and processing system is part of the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas; it includes compression units, purification units, methanol production units, ammonia synthesis units, air separation units, finished product storage areas, flares, and utility systems. It also encompasses the general layout within the area occupied by the new facilities, as well as storage and transportation systems, pipe racks and underground piping networks, water supply systems, sewage treatment systems, power supply systems, road lighting, laboratory facilities, fire protection systems, telecommunications and information systems, landscaping, and various necessary production support facilities, along with other auxiliary and supporting systems. Coke oven gas is used to produce methanol, liquid ammonia, and high-value fine chemical products such as DMMn. Hebei Province No. 4 Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. won the bid for Sections 1 and 2 of the fine chemicals and new materials recycling project at Shanxi Xiaxin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which involves a coking coal washing plant with an annual capacity of 2.8 million tons as well as Type C material storage areas; the bid price was 160 million yuan. Hebei Province No. 4 Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (formerly Hebei Province No. 4 Construction Engineering Company) was established in 1949. Its headquarters are located in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province. It is a large state-owned construction enterprise with a registered capital of 409 million yuan. It holds the highest level qualifications for general contracting in construction projects, as well as level 1 qualifications for general contracting in metallurgical engineering, municipal public works, mechanical and electrical engineering, foundation engineering, steel structure engineering, fire protection systems engineering, and building decoration engineering. It also has the qualifications for installing pressure pipelines, undertaking turnkey projects for foreign aid, and carrying out construction work on a contractual basis abroad. In addition, it possesses level A design qualifications for the construction industry (construction projects and civil defense projects) as well as level B qualifications for planning services.
