At 21:20 on August 17, with the rapid shutdown valve of the Series II turbine opening, the individual trial operation of the air separation unit’s turbine officially commenced. At 21:25, the turbine speed increased to 800 rpm, and 1 control room emergency shutdown test as well as 2 on-site emergency shutdown interlock tests were carried out. The quick-shut valve was reopened, and the turbine was started to operate at 800 rpm for 60 minutes. At 22:55, the unit’s speed increased rapidly, passing through the surge zone to reach 3463 rpm, after which it operated stably for another 200 minutes ； Operate at the rated speed for 60 minutes. At 1:20 on the 18th, the Series 1 turbine was started. The overspeed test of the turbine was completed at 5:30 on the 18th. After successful single-unit testing, the subsequent testing steps are carried out in an orderly manner. During the unit commissioning, the company’s leadership paid close attention to the matter, visiting the air separation site on several occasions to check the progress of the commissioning preparations as well as the operation of the turbine.
