Yan’an Energy Chemical Company purchases explosion-proof phones of standard specifications and installs intelligent inspection systems, utilizing 4G networks to carry out tasks such as issuing inspection instructions, uploading data, and conducting backend monitoring. Guided by the system’s inspection plan, inspectors go to various inspection sites to complete the marking process using NFC sensing scans. They can also upload any identified safety issues in real time, either in the form of images or text, which facilitates the company’s implementation of a closed-loop management system for such safety risks. This enables quantitative analysis and evaluation of the quality of on-site inspections, thus creating the conditions for advancing the company’s inspection management to a more quantitative level. The management approach of officers moving around the site is an important measure to promote refined safety management; the company has innovatively integrated this approach into intelligent inspection systems. During the time when personnel at or above the level of professional supervisors are on site, their movement paths are recorded through two methods: GPS tracking via explosion-proof smartphones and NFC sensing, thereby ensuring that leadership management tasks are properly carried out.
