The leading Hangzhou-based equipment manufacturing enterprise has once again achieved remarkable success. Hangyang has signed a new contract for air separation units with Lianyungang Zhongxing Energy Co., Ltd., marking the first collaboration between the two parties in the field of ultra-large-scale air separation. The project will adopt the Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) technology. Hangyang Oxygen will construct a series of facilities at the Lianyungang petrochemical complex, including 2 sets of air separation units with a capacity of 75,000 Nm/h, along with the necessary supporting infrastructure. Once completed, these facilities will enable the centralized supply of various industrial gases such as steam, syngas, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen. During the project initiation phase, the company’s team made multiple visits to the site to discuss requirements with the client. Ultimately, leveraging its proven experience in large-scale air separation projects within the coal chemical industry, Hangyang emerged as the winner of this tender. This was achieved through its advanced technology, reliable quality, optimal equipment selection, competitive delivery timelines, superior service, and reasonable commercial terms. This achievement holds great strategic significance for Hangyang’s business expansion in the overall Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) industry. IGCC, or Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle, is an advanced power generation system that combines gasification technology with an efficient combined cycle. It boasts numerous advantages such as high power generation efficiency, good environmental performance, water conservation, and low costs for carbon dioxide capture, making it one of the most prominent high-efficiency and clean power generation technologies in the world today.
