This project is being constructed by the Northwest Branch. The filling work of the packing in the two horizontal adsorbers of the air separation unit at the Xinjiang Tianye Huihe project site has been successfully completed, marking that Unit 1 of the air separation plant is about to be put into full operation. Before filling the adsorbent filler, the project team carried out preliminary work such as making construction arrangements, providing safety and technical instructions, and verifying the safety of the site environment. The filling work was completed successfully in 12 days, earning high praise from the owner and the general contractor. Xinjiang Tianye Huihe New Materials Co., Ltd. is engaged in the production of ethylene glycol from syngas at a capacity of 1 million tons per year. The first phase of this project, which involves the production of ethylene glycol from syngas at a capacity of 600,000 tons per year, is located in the Shihu Tan New Materials Industrial Park, within Regiment 147 in Shihezi City, Bayi Division. It is the first project to be developed in this industrial park. The project covers an area of 2,200 mu, with a total investment of 7.99 billion yuan. It represents a new starting point for Xinjiang Tianye Group as it strives to achieve further growth and reach a value of 100 billion yuan. Construction of the first phase began in August 2017.
