On May 3, the alignment of the largest large-diameter pipelines was completed at the site of Shandong Fangming Chemical’s 350,000 tons/year capacity expansion project. The main pipeline has a diameter of 2600 mm, while the 4 branch pipelines have a diameter of 1500 mm; they moved through the air like butterflies, and were successfully assembled with precision in just one attempt. The successful lifting of this pipeline marks the nearing completion of the pipelines attached to the towers, providing a solid foundation for subsequent construction stages. The coal-to-hydrogen and ammonia synthesis units of the Caprolactam Off-gas Comprehensive Utilization Project at Shandong Fangming Chemical in Dongming County, Heze, Shandong Province, utilize two water-cooled wall waste boiler gasifiers manufactured by Beijing Qingchuang Jinhua; these units are operated in tandem with one unit as a backup. Project Overview: Shandong Dongming Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the chemical industrial park of Dongming County. Its main products include **, cyclohexane, and cyclohexanol, while its by-products are light oil, X oil, sodium carbonate, etc. The company’s 100,000 tons per year **plant is currently the largest single-scale **production facility in China; the project for producing 200,000 tons of caprolactam per year utilizes the most advanced technology from Italy. The **cyclic hexanamide off-gas comprehensive utilization project** of Shandong Fangming Chemical Co., Ltd. consists of three units: the hydrogen production unit uses coal as raw material and employs technologies such as 4.0MPa water-coal slurry pressurized gasification (using the patented Tsinghua Furnace technology from Tsinghua University), sulfur-resistant shift reaction, low-temperature methanol washing for desulfurization and decarbonization, and pressure swing adsorption for purification to produce 60,000 Nm3/h of hydrogen ; The nitrogen production unit uses PSA purification of caprolactam off-gases to produce nitrogen ; The ammonia synthesis plant uses low-pressure ammonia synthesis technology at 15.0 MPa to produce 140,000 tons of ammonia per year.
