Utilization of hydrogen

The current hydrogen content is between 80% and 90%, with nitrogen and methane being the main impurities; the flow rate is between 1,500 and 2,500 standard cubic meters per hour. What is the most cost-effective way to reuse it?
Are the percentages mentioned by the original poster volume percentages or mass percentages? It is possible to consider using a PSA system to produce high-purity hydrogen for delivery, but the radiation range is limited

Using PSA, the hydrogen yield is 95%; your hydrogen production amounts to 1900–2300 units, with a purity of 99.99%. Use it directly as fuel gas to burn in the boiler. Or for coal tar hydrogenation.
