Specific qualification requirements for this project: 1. The ability to assume civil liability independently (provide a copy of the business license valid and stamped with the official seal) ； 2. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system (financial statements for the past 3 years; for companies established within the last 3 years, statements starting from the date of establishment) ； 3. A good record of paying taxes in accordance with the law (provide tax payment certificates for the past 3 months) ； 4.
