The establishment of this torch pipeline network is another key task following the completion of tasks such as purging and blasting of the unit, water circulation tests, joint testing of the reaction gas compressor, individual testing of the propylene refrigeration compressor, and airtightness and drying operations. It marks another crucial step forward in preparing the unit for commissioning with feedstock. It is understood that after the flare pipeline network was established, pure methanol was introduced into the system, and a cold flare superheater, a cold flare vaporizer, as well as heating coils in the hot flare tank were put into use to ensure the proper operation of the flare system. After the entire torch system is in normal operation, propylene material is introduced to perform a gas-solid displacement of the propylene refrigeration compressor system. The person in charge of the facility explained that the establishment of the flare network indicates that the facility has entered the stage of feeding materials for testing; management of various operations at the facility will be improved. Moving forward, the facility will focus on meeting the scheduled timelines to ensure that qualified products are produced through the testing process on time.
