Clicks: 13. On December 4, the 30,000-ton/year FTO wax deep processing facility of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Yulin Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation. At 15:00, the system began to establish water interconnection; by 10:00 the next day, the trial operation of the water interconnection was completed, and all process flows were connected. After the nitrogen displacement was completed successfully on December 5, at 22:00, the heavy distillate oil from the bottom of the hydrogenation distillation tower was introduced into the plant, establishing an oil circulation. At present, the system is operating normally and stably, with all subsequent tasks being carried out in an orderly manner. It is reported that this facility, as a key project for the company’s technical upgrades in 2020, uses the heavy distillate oil at the bottom of the distillation tower in the hydrogenation unit as raw material. Through vacuum distillation, the various components present in this heavy distillate oil are further separated, resulting in the production of products such as liquid paraffin, 40# soft wax, 60# wax, and 80# wax, all of which have high market value. The successful operation of this project has expanded the company’s product range and improved the quality of its products, playing an important role in promoting structural adjustments within the industry and enhancing the company’s competitiveness.
