Clicks: 5. On February 6, Jinneng Holding Group held a seminar regarding the upgrade and optimization plan for the JM-S furnace. Cao Jianping, General Manager of the Group Company, Zhang Jinqiao, Deputy General Manager, and Zhou Enli, General Manager of Saiding Company, attended the meeting; staff from relevant departments of the Group Company also participated. The meeting was held via video. At the meeting, representatives from Tianqing Company, Zhengkang Company, and Saiding Company presented reports on the operation status of the JM-S furnace, existing problems, and optimization plans; the attendees discussed these plans among themselves. The meeting noted that the upgrading and optimization of the JM-S furnace, along with visual operation solutions, hold significant strategic importance for the sustainable development of the group company’s coal chemical industry. Relevant departments must, based on the operating conditions of the JM-S furnace and the existing problems, accelerate the implementation of specific plans for optimization and upgrading, in order to develop a clean and efficient gasification technology for anthracite coal that relies on independent intellectual property rights. The meeting called for improving the gasification efficiency of the JM-S furnace through methods such as flow field simulation, data collection, precise control systems, and intelligent operation, enhancing the composition of the feed gas, increasing the duration of continuous stable operation over long periods, and developing a gasification technology that has a competitive advantage over coal water slurry and aerospace furnaces. Efforts should be made to prepare for the discussions on design proposals for the Zhengkang Company project, in order to enhance the project’s cost advantages. It is necessary to actively cooperate with Saiding Company in refining the plan and explore ways to implement the design concepts. It is necessary to strengthen safety responsibilities, uphold the safety bottom line, enhance safety measures, and ensure all aspects of safety protection during Tianqing Company’s technical upgrades and renovations. This will provide solid safety guarantees for the long-term stable operation of the JM-S furnaces and for process optimization, thereby facilitating the high-quality development of the company’s coal chemical industry.
