The project includes 27 processing units as well as associated utility systems; these include facilities for the low- and medium-temperature pyrolysis of 15 million tons of coal, production of 5.6 million tons of methanol, 1.8 million tons of ethylene glycol, 2 million tons of olefins, as well as downstream products derived from these materials. Among the images, the first phase of Project 1, which involves an ethylene glycol production facility with an annual capacity of 1.8 million tons, covers an area of approximately 4.4 million square meters. The total investment required for this project is estimated at around 26.5 billion yuan. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2022, with all construction work to be completed by the end of 2025.
