(Transformation and Upgrading); Construction location: Taiyangshan Development Zone, Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region ; Construction unit: Ningxia Qinghua Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd ; Construction contents: The existing facilities in the plant include a Phase 1 coking unit with an annual capacity of 900,000 tons, a methanol unit with an annual capacity of 150,000 tons, and a synthetic ammonia unit with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons. Phase 2 of the plant is under construction, featuring a coking unit with an annual capacity of 1.1 million tons. For this phase, facilities such as dry quenching for coking, flue gas desulfurization and denitrification as well as waste heat utilization, surface dust removal stations, enclosed coal and coke storage areas, VOC treatment systems, salt recovery from desulfurization wastewater, hazardous waste storage facilities, and process upgrades will be installed.
