For this lifting operation, a 650-ton crawler crane was used as the main lifter, while a 130-ton truck crane handled the tail pulling. Prior to the lifting operation, the Engineering Management Department organized multiple special discussion meetings with all participating units to formulate a lifting plan. During the operation, safety and technical briefings were conducted. Ultimately, with efficient coordination among all parties, the lifting was successfully completed. The successful completion of this lifting operation signifies that the purification unit has progressed from the civil construction phase to the equipment installation phase. Controllable heat-shifting converter I: 3 meters in diameter, 16.05 meters in height, and weighs 93 tons. Controllable heat-shift reactor II: 3 meters in diameter, 14.593 meters in height, and weighs 83.8 tons. Its function is to undergo a shift reaction on the raw syngas coming from the gasification unit under the action of a sulfur-tolerant catalyst, thereby keeping the CO content in the raw syngas below 1%. The startup project for the first phase of Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group Co., Ltd.’s coal-to-ethylene glycol facility—which involves the production of 400,000 tons of ethylene glycol per year out of a total planned capacity of 1.2 million tons per year—is the initial project undertaken by Yulin Energy Group within the Coal-based Clean Fuel Base and High-end Chemical Materials Base in Qingshui Industrial Park, Yushen Industrial Zone. The project is planned to cover a total area of 1,711 mu, with an estimated investment of 6 billion yuan. The construction period is set at 30 months, and it is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2022. The project construction includes coal gasification units, purification units, H2/CO separation units, ethylene glycol units, etc. The utility systems and supporting auxiliary facilities include: 3×350 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers + 2×30 MW extraction-backpressure steam turbine generator sets, an air separation unit, a circulating water station, a demineralized water plant, storage and transportation facilities, a sewage treatment plant, etc. The coal gasification unit utilizes the Coalis pulverized coal gasification technology and includes 2 pulverized coal gasifiers; the ethylene glycol unit employs the Zhongke Yuandong ethylene glycol technology. Carbon monoxide and hydrogen are indirectly used to synthesize ethylene glycol through carbonylation, coupling, and hydrogenation, while co-producing products such as dimethyl carbonate, crude ethanol, mixed alcohols, sulfur, liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrogen.
