If I remember correctly, the current standard should be 50mg/m³. The facility in our company was built back in the year 2000 or so, when environmental regulations were not as strict; later, after new guidelines were issued by the environmental authorities, we carried out modifications. It doesn’t matter what design you used initially~~~
The exhaust gas coming out of the absorber here is only about 20!
Considering organic sulfur hydrolysis and the impact of absorption in the absorber, if the catalyst has good activity, the organic sulfur level at the outlet of the absorber should be around 25 ppm; Furthermore, the solvent should have good quality and a low impurity level, ideally below 0.3. The absorption temperature should be around 35 degrees, with the hydrogen sulfide concentration at the outlet of the absorption tower being around 10 ppm; after reaching the incinerator, this concentration is approximately 50 mg/m3.

The air supply to the sulfur production furnace is stable and shows minimal fluctuations; in addition, high-quality catalysts and desulfurization agents are used. There’s nothing else complicated about it
Is it Ho Feng’s Super Optimal process? It's already quite good for our factory that the sulfur dioxide emissions at export can reach 960 milligrams per cubic meter
We are currently using 3,000 milligrams, with a two-stage conventional process: one stage of hydrogenation and one stage of selective oxidation. The levels after combustion are too high, so the flue gas is now sent to a flue gas desulfurization tower for desulfurization. It turns out that the optimal level is 1,000 milligrams. I’m not sure why, and I don’t know which brand of Claus catalyst everyone is using; it seems that none of them are reliable.
