Looking back at 2021, against the backdrop of strict controls on energy consumption, the company made significant progress in its production and operation activities. The production department actively implemented relevant requirements, adopting effective energy-saving measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency, while also strengthening control at the source to ensure stable production levels. Throughout the year, it was possible to maintain long operation cycles for the furnaces; the average operation cycle increased from 30–40 days to 55–65 days. In particular, Furnace No. 3 achieved a maximum operation cycle of 174.2 days, while Furnace No. 4 operated continuously for over 100 days； The average production load rate was 77.78%, reaching a record high since the company’s commissioning ； The energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of output value decreased by 40.5% on an annual basis; the energy consumption per unit of methanol and per unit of LNG was both at a favorable level ； The pass rate of process indicators throughout the year increased by 7.14%. In 2021, the finished products workshop, in line with the company’s annual production and operation goals, intensified its efforts in technical research and development; as a result, it achieved the interim target of keeping the ethanol content in methanol products at ≤50ppm in its efforts to improve the quality of methanol ； To improve the quality of loading services, on September 29th, the amount of methanol filled exceeded 100 units, reaching 103 units – the highest daily volume filled since the establishment of the filling station
