Recently, with the installation of the last steel structural connection beam in the ethanol production unit of this project, the main pipeline network of its process system was declared fully completed. It is reported that the main corridor of the ethanol plant’s process system is responsible for transporting energy, raw materials, and products through pipelines to various process units such as heaters, refrigeration stations, power distribution rooms, cabinet rooms, as well as those involved in dimethyl ether production, compression, carbonylation, and hydrogenation product separation. It also handles the installation of electrical cables and communication optical fibers; in other words, it serves as the main conduit for the transport of energy and materials throughout the entire ethanol plant. The installation work in the main corridor took more than 8 months. During this period, the Ethanol Center of Yushen Energy & Chemical Company and all the participating units made careful plans and arrangements, conducting thorough research on each implementation plan and carrying out repeated evaluations to ensure that the entire construction process remained safe and under control. The completion of the main corridor for the process system of the ethanol plant lays a solid foundation for the subsequent installation of process piping and cables in the plant, and it also provides strong support for the Yushen ethanol project to meet its annual targets.
