It has been delegated to Lianyungang City **; the project has been relocated to Yanweigang, Lianyungang Alkali Industry Co., Ltd
Oh, isn’t this a loss of state assets? One of the few profit-generating units at Nanhua Company.
It can’t be said that state assets are being lost. Delegate it to Lianyungang **, it remains a state-owned enterprise. The original factory site was located in the city area; the project has been moved to the seaside to make use of state-owned assets more effectively. The original ammonia-based soda production method was highly polluting and energy-intensive; the new relocated facility uses the combined-alkali process, with plans to begin operations next year.
