Feasibility of placing generator sets under the pipe gallery

In the coal-to-liquid industry, is it feasible to place an “ORC waste heat recovery power generation unit” for preheating and heat recovery beneath the utility tunnel? Or does it need to be reconfigured in the generator room? Set in accordance with the requirements of petrochemical standards. I’m not sure; I hope colleagues with relevant experience can give some guidance.

According to GB50160 requirements, it should be classified as a regionally important facility; placing it under a utility tunnel is not appropriate. An ORC waste heat recovery generator set can essentially be regarded as an inverse cycle of an air conditioning system, and with this definition, its placement becomes no problem.
