Successful trial use of Yuenenghua Company’s polyethylene hollow products downstream Author/Source: Yuenenghua Date: 2021-06-26 Clicks: 11 In order to fully implement the company’s strategy for developing \"three-type\" products, expand sales channels, and further increase its market share in the polyolefin sector, Liu Sheng, the company’s vice general manager, recently organized technical staff from the product research and development center, sales and service department, and polyolefin division to conduct trial tests of these products at Shaanxi Kelong Plastics Co., Ltd. Based on previous market research, the company has a high demand for polyethylene blow-molded products, and the current procurement costs are relatively high. Yulin Energy Chemical Company took the initiative to actively promote this product trial. The trial process was carried out in an orderly manner by both parties; through a series of experiments such as on-site mixing, drying, and adjustment of process parameters, 25L stacking drums were successfully manufactured using our company’s polyethylene HD50100Y, which is specifically designed for hollow products. Drop tests were conducted on-site, and the results were highly recognized by the technical staff at Kelon Plastics, leading to a consensus regarding the further application of such hollow products. The successful implementation of this product trial not only established a platform for communication and cooperation between Yueneng Chemical Company and its clients, but also laid the foundation for product customization. Going forward, the Product R&D Center and the Sales and Service Department will continue to monitor the product’s usage, gather suggestions for quality improvement, and enhance downstream technical service capabilities, thereby making due contributions to boosting the company’s brand competitiveness. It is reported that Kelong Plastics is one of the larger plastic container manufacturing bases in western China. It is equipped with 20 sets of fully automatic hollow blow molding production equipment, and is capable of producing 5 million units of various large and medium-sized plastic hollow containers per year. These containers are widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, environmental protection, food processing, industry, agriculture, warehousing, and logistics.
