The Chifeng Zhongji project managed by the Xinjiang branch continued its construction work without interruption during the Spring Festival, striving to advance the construction progress. At present, 80% of the civil engineering work for this project has been completed, and it is now in the peak phase of installation work. The foundation construction for the main ammonia synthesis tower has been finished, making it possible to lift the equipment into place. The raw material for this project is coke oven gas from coking operations, which is sent to the LNG and synthetic ammonia production systems; the main products are LNG and synthetic ammonia. The scale of this project’s construction is 170,000 tons per year of LNG (with an actual production volume of 167,000 tons per year), and 240,000 tons per year of synthetic ammonia (with an actual production volume of 238,000 tons per year).
