According to a report from Sinochem New Network, recently, Sinosteel Hefei Gasification Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinohefei Gasification”) signed a contract for a circulating fluidized bed gasification project as part of an alumina production facility in Guinea. Located in the Koné River Free Trade Industrial Park in Boké City, Boké Province, Guinea, this project represents another significant achievement for Sino-Hydrate in overseas markets. This project is an energy engineering facility designed to support a project with an annual alumina production capacity of 2.4 million tons. It involves the construction of 4 set of circulating fluidized bed clean gas systems, each with a capacity of 60,000 Nm3/h. The clean gas produced will be used directly as fuel in the alumina calcination furnaces, providing a stable heat source for continuous industrial production; it is an essential energy backbone for the efficient and stable operation of the entire project. As the core technical backbone of this project, the CGAS circulating fluidized bed gasification technology, with its advantages such as economic viability, significant energy savings, and environmental friendliness, has become the preferred choice for fuel gas in industrial furnaces in industries such as non-ferrous metal smelting, building materials, and glass manufacturing. In the future, Zhonghe Gasification will continue to drive innovation in the CGAS circulating fluidized bed gasification technology, expand its application in more industrial scenarios, provide customers with efficient and clean energy system solutions, and help the coal chemical industry and related sectors achieve high-quality and sustainable development.
