It’s a packed tower: the temperature at the bottom of the tower is 124 degrees, at the top it’s 114 degrees, in the middle and lower sections it’s 122 degrees, and in the middle part it’s 110 degrees. The reflux temperature is 57 degrees, with a reflux volume of over 4 tons. The pressure in the reflux tank is 0.1 MPa, and this temperature remains constant. The hydrogen sulfide concentration in the lean liquid is around 1100 ppm; when the temperature is lower, it rises to 2000 ppm. The processing capacity is about 80 tons. I hope experts can help identify what the problem is
What is the pressure at the bottom of your regeneration tower? Has the pressure difference between the top and bottom of the tower increased? What is your feed temperature in degrees?
There is no pressure gauge at the bottom of the tower; the feed temperature is 106–107
Personally, I think the pressure at the top of your tower can be kept at a relatively low level; the normal pressure in a regeneration tower is usually around 0.07–0.08, which helps to ensure that hydrogen sulfide and other substances in the rich liquid are fully vaporized. However, the air supply to the reaction furnace section at the front needs to be increased appropriately!
The high pressure and temperature at the top of the tower make it difficult for hydrogen sulfide to be released; moreover, high temperatures reduce the quality of the amine solution. It is necessary to gradually adjust the pressure and temperature and conduct sample analysis.
