Qualification requirements for bidders: 2.1 Bidders must be registered in the People’s Republic of China and possess independent legal status, as well as the ability to enter into contracts independently. 2.2 Bidders must have the qualifications to produce or sell methanol and formaldehyde. 2.3 Bidders must have good banking credit and a solid business reputation; they must not be under orders to cease operations, have their bidding rights revoked, or have their assets seized, frozen, or result in bankruptcy. 2.4 Units that have been registered with Jinkai Company this year and whose qualifications are still valid may be exempt from submitting the aforementioned qualifications again when submitting bids. 3.
