On January 18, the project to eliminate bottlenecks in Shenhua Baotou’s methanol synthesis system, which was undertaken under EPC contract by Hualu Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully brought online, enabling the production of qualified methanol. The project to remove bottlenecks in the methanol synthesis system of Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. primarily includes systems such as syngas compression, methanol synthesis, and utility systems; in addition, it also encompasses sub-projects related to system purification devices. The construction site is located at No. 1, Shenhua Science and Technology Park, Jiuyuan Industrial Park, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, in the reserved area to the east of the methanol synthesis unit in the Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Plant area.
