The high-pressure carbon dioxide buffer tank has a diameter of 2.8 meters and a height of 28 meters, with a lifting weight of 169.15 tons ; The high-pressure nitrogen buffer tank has a diameter of 2.8 meters, a height of 14 meters, and a lifting weight of 93.5 tons. The lifting is carried out using a 400-ton crawler crane as the main lifting device, with a 260-ton truck crane used for assisting. The Shandong Alliance 40∙60 project upgrades the conventional fixed-bed batch gas production process by employing space-based powder coal gasification, low-temperature methanol washing, and liquid nitrogen washing technologies. In addition, the pressure swing adsorption process will also be used to purify H2 from the raw gas used in low-temperature methanol washing, in order to produce hydrogen for use as vehicle fuel. The project is scheduled to go into operation in 2023. The 40.60 Project Clean Production Technology Upgrade Project involves modifying only the ammonia synthesis section of the existing “40.60” Project; upon completion of the upgrades, the annual production capacity of ammonia will remain at 400,000 tons, urea at 600,000 tons, and methanol at 200,000 tons. Following the technical upgrade, the gas production process was changed from a fixed-bed batch method to a pressurized coal gasification process ; The original 2 sets of desulfurization units, 3 sets of shift units, 2 sets of shift gas desulfurization units, 2 sets of PSA pressure swing adsorption decarburization units, and 2 sets of high-pressure alcohol alkylation units were replaced by 1 set of isothermal shift unit, 1 set of low-temperature methanol washing unit, and 1 set of liquid nitrogen washing unit respectively ; The ammonia synthesis process was changed from 2 sets of high-pressure synthesis units to 1 set of low-pressure synthesis unit, with the operating pressure reduced from 22 MPa to 15 MPa ; Complementary air separation units and waste gas treatment units are to be installed.
