Ten departments, including the Group Strategic Development Department, Health, Safety and Management Department, Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Department, Enterprise Management Department, Financial Management Department, and Audit and Risk Control Department, as well as the project managers of Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd. and the persons in charge of various specialties, attended the meeting. At the meeting, the design firm first presented a report on the project’s feasibility, covering aspects such as the company’s current situation, existing problems, the contents of the project construction, the scale of construction, the selection of technical solutions, the choice of equipment, the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials, safety considerations, environmental protection issues, investment estimates, and financial evaluations ； The company provided a report on the pre-project \"ten considerations,\" examining aspects such as industry trends, industrial policies, market customers, competitors, investment capacity, construction conditions, technical solutions, investment financing, economic evaluation, and investment risks. The various functional departments of the group submitted their opinions and suggestions on the project from their respective professional perspectives. The meeting agreed that the company’s project for industrial upgrading, relocation, and renovation was necessary to carry out, and requested that the design firm and the company revise and improve relevant documents such as the feasibility study as soon as possible in accordance with the review comments, so as to meet the requirements for submission to the meeting at an early date. The industrial upgrading, relocation and renovation project of Yangmei Pingyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Chemical Industry Park of Pingyuan County. Upon completion of the project, all of the existing fixed-bed batch gasifiers at the old plant will be phased out. For the industrial upgrading, relocation, and renovation project of Yangmei Pingyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., two outstanding domestic state-owned enterprises, Shanghai Huayi Energy and Shanghai Baosteel Gas, have been selected as suppliers of raw gas for the gasification unit. The gasification process makes use of the Jinhua Furnace 3.0 technology developed by Yangmei Chemical Machinery, with a gasification unit being established in the Pingyuan County Chemical Industrial Park. The project utilizes two sets of 6.5MPa Jinhua furnaces. Yangmei Pingyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Economic Development Zone of Pingyuan County, Shandong Province, covering an area of 1,401 mu. The company has 7 branch factories and over 3,300 employees and cadres. The company is a large-scale coal chemical enterprise, with main product manufacturing capabilities including: 1 million tons of urea, 300,000 tons of methanol, 18,000 tons of melamine, 800 million kWh of electricity generation, and 300,000 cubic meters of energy-saving wall materials made from fly ash. It is understood that Yangmei Pingyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. is a coal chemical enterprise under the Yangmei Group, capable of producing millions of tons of urea and ammonium alcohol. On October 24, 2012, it was established through a capital increase by Yangmei Chemical Industry Investment Co., Ltd. in Zhonghua Pingyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.; its products fall into four categories: fertilizers, chemicals, thermal power, and energy-saving building materials. In particular, urea holds a strong competitive advantage and great market development potential in China’s nitrogen fertilizer industry.
