Recently, the labor union of Xinjiang Xinlianxin actively participated in the 4th Youth Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition held in Manas County in 2022; on May 16th, during the final round, the company’s innovative project received first prize in the manufacturing category of this competition. This competition is organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Manas County, with the joint support of organizations such as the County Federation of Trade Unions and the Development and Reform Commission ； Organized by the Manas County Public Employment Service Bureau and Xinjiang Xinyihua Vocational Skills Training School. In mid-April, the union of the Xinjiang company carefully planned and selected one innovative project submitted by Zheng Jiliang’s Innovation Studio – namely, \"Production and Demonstration of a New Type of High-Efficiency Fertilizer Based on Four-Element Coordination\" – to participate in the entrepreneurship and innovation competition. Liu Chenglong from the product research and development department represented this project in the competition. In the end, the project \"Production and Demonstration of a New Type of High-Efficiency Fertilizer Based on Four-Element Synergy\", presented by Liu Chenglong on behalf of the Zheng Jiliang Innovation Studio of the Xinjiang Company, won the first prize in the manufacturing category of the main competition. Through this competition, the participants showcased the excellence of their projects as well as that of Xinlianxin Company, earning widespread praise. Since 2021, the Xinjiang company has participated in the Manas County Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, achieving excellent results in it. This fully demonstrates the company’s significant progress in encouraging innovation, promoting cooperation between industry, academia, and research institutions, and establishing joint R&D platforms. In the future, the company will continue to improve its operational quality and brand value, advance the integration of industry and education, and achieve high-quality development. It is understood that the project \"Production and Demonstration of a New Type of High-Efficiency Fertilizer Based on Four-Element Synergy\", submitted by Zheng Jiliang’s Innovation Studio, will be presented at the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition held in Changji Prefecture.
