Recently, the production units at the oil products center of Yan’an Petroleum Yulin Coal Chemical Company were about to come online. To ensure their proper operation, the Operations and Maintenance Center conducted a thorough inspection of the instrumentation in these units, and used recycled materials to repair and upgrade the locators and pneumatic valves in those areas. During that period, the staff at the Logistics and Maintenance Center made flexible use of all available waste materials throughout the factory; by reassembling the locator parts from used valves in the storage warehouse with those from the valves on site, they managed to repair 9 locators successfully ； At the same time, old valves in the waste material warehouse that could meet the requirements of the production process were repaired and reused. It took just three days to repair, install, and test 8 pneumatic valves, which helped the company save a total of 317,000 yuan and effectively improved cost efficiency.
