Recently, a team from Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd. visited Yuxiang Populus Company to inspect the 200,000-ton/year *AO acid energy-saving renovation project. Jiang Yingbo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, Chen Gang, Chief Engineer, Xiao Huazhong, Assistant to the General Manager, Gou Cheng, Safety Director, Wang Ning, Assistant to the General Manager, along with heads of relevant departments, accompanied him. *The AO acid and AN energy-saving renovation project will enable an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of AO acid and AN. It will effectively improve the infrastructure in the entire Northwest region, as well as the supply of AO acid and AN to industries such as coal mines, quarries, and civil explosives industries. This will boost the local economy, help address some employment issues, and contribute to harmonious and stable development. At the same time, it will also enhance the operational capabilities of Yuxiang Populus company. During the investigation, Jiang Yingbo and his team accompanied the expert group from Saiding Company to conduct an on-site inspection of the project site. The members of the expert group provided suggestions regarding the pipeline layout and facilities for the technical renovation project. Through on-site discussions, the routes for some of the new facilities and pipelines were initially determined, most of the design-related issues were resolved, which significantly shortened the overall schedule for the project. In his concluding speech, Jiang Yingbo emphasized that the 200,000 tons per year *ao acid an energy-saving renovation project should be built to high standards, with the aim of making it the most representative *ao acid an project in Xinjiang and even across the country. He requested that all departments strictly monitor the project progress, and strive to bring the projects to fruition as soon as possible while ensuring safety and quality. Xinjiang Yuxiang Populus Chemical Co., Ltd. was formed in May 2017 when the original Yuxiang Populus merged with Xinjiang Jinseng Populus Chemical Co., Ltd. Xinjiang Yuxiang Populus euphratica currently has an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 450,000 tons of nitric acid, 460,000 tons of *ao acid an, 200,000 tons of UAN liquid fertilizer, 600,000 tons of urea, 600,000 tons of nitrogen-based compound fertilizers, and 110,000 tons of melamine.
