Meanwhile, good news kept coming in regarding the completion of the upgrades for various units; some of these units were able to operate stably within a short period of time, and Line 2 of the DMTO unit successfully completed its 72-hour performance calibration. Lay the foundation for the device to achieve compliant operation as soon as possible ； The PP3 unit was used for the first time in a copolymerization reactor unit, successfully achieving the goal of switching from homopolymer products to impact-resistant copolymer products ； After the initial feeding trial run of the LDPE/EVA plant, it successfully switched to producing 2426K polyethylene products, making a positive contribution to the company’s differentiated production strategies. Over the past few days, in order to maintain a safe production environment, the production system has been continuously strengthening management of the entire operational process, further optimizing process operations, and standardizing inspections of processes and equipment. In light of the severe cold weather, efforts have been intensified to identify and address potential hazards. Each facility carries out comprehensive training that combines theory with practical exercises, organizing staff to conduct drills on emergency response capabilities and simulated accident handling, thereby enhancing the emergency response mechanisms and laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of monthly production targets.
