At 2 p.m. on April 7, the Production Scheduling Center organized a regular process meeting for March 2022 in the scheduling conference room on the second floor of CNGC. At the meeting, the process manager provided an update on the overall operational performance and production consumption for March. According to the comparative data, 0.133 T of coal was consumed per ton of steam produced in March. At the meeting, corrective measures were proposed to address the numerous problems and potential risks currently affecting the operation of the facilities. It was emphasized that we must take advantage of the high methanol market prices and firmly capitalize on the current gap in the methanol market within central China. The main issue of increasing the load on the suppression device is addressed by taking local actions to quickly and efficiently resolve bottleneck problems, thereby enabling the device to operate efficiently over extended periods of time ； Actively explore multi-coal blending technologies, leverage the advantages of each coal type, gradually achieve local sourcing of coal, and reduce production costs ； All units continue to pursue the initiative of \"unleashing internal potential and saving energy to generate revenue.\" Based on the current operating conditions of the facilities, they accelerate the implementation of measures to reduce energy consumption, ensuring that the costs incurred are outweighed by the benefits obtained, thereby creating new value for the park. Finally, the meeting put forward the following requirements: First, given the insufficient steam supply, based on the overall calculation of unit production consumption by the dispatching center, and considering that the price of coal delivered to the plant is below 1,000 yuan per ton, the thermal power plant should be contacted to increase the operating load of its boilers, so as to convert as much steam energy as possible into electrical energy and thereby reduce external electricity costs. On the one hand, it ensures the steam demand of various units; on the other hand, it reduces abnormal conditions in the circulating return ash caused by the boiler operating at low load for extended periods. Secondly, each factory should strengthen the control of various alarm indicators, ensuring that there are \"0\" alarms within 45 minutes. When abnormal data values or false alarms are detected, it is necessary to contact the administrators promptly for effective communication, in order to prevent false and unnecessary alarms from occurring. Third, each factory explains to its employees the causes of random incidents and related issues; the purpose of such assessments is not to punish, but rather to prevent similar incidents from occurring and to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. Fourth, each branch factory must take the “three prevention measures during the rainy season” seriously. Drawing on last year’s extreme rainfall event on July 20, they should formulate detailed and practical preventive measures to address any weak points in their respective areas of responsibility. At the same time, taking into account the problems that occurred during hot summers in previous years, corresponding cooling measures are adopted based on the existing processes and equipment. By tapping into potential, new processes and methods are applied to used equipment to help ensure the safety of all systems throughout the summer. Fourth, we must strengthen the strategy of “giving equal attention to both main and by-products for joint management” to effectively enhance the company’s efficiency and profitability.
