Date: July 7, 2022 Views: 21 On the morning of July 6, a signing ceremony for the project aimed at producing nanocalcium using recycled coal chemicals by-products was held at Huayu Company. Luo Juntao, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, Chen Hongwei, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, Lu Yingang, Deputy General Manager of Zhonghua Chemical Urban Investment Co., Ltd., Wang Wenpeng, Executive Director of Jingying Company, Guo Ruiping, General Manager of Jingying Company, as well as representatives from related organizations were present at the event. The ceremony was presided over by Hao Zhanquan, the company’s deputy general manager and chief engineer. Luo Juntao extended warm congratulations and expressed his anticipation for the cooperation between the two parties. He noted that in line with the goals of reaching peak carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060, Huayu Company will actively implement relevant policies. Guided by the principle of energy conservation and carbon reduction, and based on innovative management practices, the company will continuously improve its energy efficiency through energy-saving technological upgrades. The cooperation on this project will help our company reduce carbon emissions, and Huayu Company will provide strong support to ensure the smooth progress of the project. At the same time, it is hoped that both sides will take this as an opportunity to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, broaden areas of collaboration, promote more joint projects, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Lu Yinguang said that Jingying Company and Huayu Company held several rounds of discussions regarding cooperation and ultimately reached an agreement; he expressed his sincere gratitude to Huayu Company. The dedicated nano-calcium project enables a deep integration of coal chemical industry and fine chemical industry; it serves as a model project for circular economy and sustainable development. According to the plans, future developments will build on this project to expand into high-end chemicals and new chemical materials. It is hoped that more extensive and in-depth cooperation can be established with Huayu Company in the future. It is understood that Jingying Company’s project for recycling coal chemical by-products to produce specialized nano-calcium involves the use of self-developed, industry-leading environmental and energy-saving technologies to manufacture specialized nano-calcium carbonate; once operational, this project will be able to produce 420,000 tons of nano-calcium carbonate per year. The materials required for project production, such as carbon dioxide gas and water vapor, are all supplied by Huayu Company, thereby creating the necessary conditions for environmental protection and energy savings in the project. The project utilizes Huayu Company’s high-concentration carbon dioxide gas to produce cost-effective specialty nano-calcium carbonate products, and is expected to help the company reduce its carbon dioxide emissions by over 110 million cubic meters per year (equivalent to 200,000 tons). Taking this project cooperation as an opportunity, Huayu Company will continue to optimize its industrial structure, actively expand the industrial chain for green new materials, and strive to improve the company’s economic performance and quality of development, thereby making positive contributions to the economic transformation and green development of Jincheng City.
