MTO is a chain of upstream and downstream units composed of multiple facilities and processes, with each process unit (especially gasification) having its own specific key equipment.
Air separation unit: air compressor, expander, oxygen pump, cryogenic tank. Gasification unit: gasification furnace, slurry pump, slag skimmer. Purification unit: shift reactor, absorption tower, chiller. Methanol synthesis unit: synthesis reactor, compression unit. MTO: reactor, regenerator. Olefin separation: compressor, chiller, propylene distillation column. PP, PE: reactor, extruder
