In the Xinjiang region, the 60,000 tons per year plant of Phase I and the 100,000 tons per year plant of Phase II in Xinjiang Meike are operating steadily, while the 100,000 tons per year plant of Phase III is not operating at full capacity. Mek executes long-term contract sales on a monthly basis; there are no spot sales. Xinjiang Tianye’s 30,000-ton BDO plant and three 60,000-ton BDO plants are shut down for maintenance. Guotai Xinhua’s 100,000-ton BDO plants are having their catalysts replaced to operate under reduced load. Lanshan Tunhe’s 100,000-ton BDO plants are operating normally. Xinjiang Xinye’s 60,000-ton BDO plant is having its catalysts replaced. In the Shaanxi region, Shaanxi Shanhua’s 30,000-ton and 100,000-ton BDO plants are operating at 70% of their capacity; sales of goods on a spot basis have been suspended, with contracts being the main mode of transaction. The capacity of Shaanxi’s 60,000-ton BDO plant has been reduced to 60%. BDO mainly serves its own needs and handles contracts; no quotes are available for spot sales at the moment. The 60,000-ton BDO plant in Hancheng, Shaanxi is operating stably. The 100,000-ton BDO plant of Yanchang Petroleum has been shut down due to a malfunction. In Ningxia, the 100,000-ton BDO plants of Great Wall Energy are undergoing catalyst replacement. The 116,000-ton BDO plant of Wuheng Chemical is operating at 60% capacity. In Henan, the 100,000-ton BDO plant of Henan Hemei is operating relatively stably, while the 110,000-ton BDO plant of Henan Kaixiang is running normally. In Sichuan, the 25,000-ton and 60,000-ton BDO plants of Sichuan Tianhua are operating stably; the 100,000-ton BDO plant of Sichuan Wanhua is operating at 50% capacity. In Chongqing, the 60,000-ton BDO plant of Chongqing Chiyuan has been shut down for maintenance. In Inner Mongolia, the 100,000-ton BDO plant of Inner Mongolia Dongyuan is undergoing catalyst replacement. In Liaoning, the 150,000-ton BDO plant of Changchun Panjin Chemical is operating normally.
