The coal, water, and electricity consumption per ton of methanol decreased by 3.91%, 1.99%, and 10.33% respectively, with some of these indicators reaching the lowest levels in the industry. At the same time, taking the opportunity to become a first-class unit in terms of standardized safe production, the company has maintained a strong focus on safety, completed the digitalization of its dual-prevention mechanism, and achieved visual management of special operations, intelligent inspection of work posts, dynamic management of hazard identification and mitigation, as well as control of risks at their source. In addition, the company has also strengthened the management of key process indicators and product quality indicators, producing weekly statistics and monthly analysis reports ； A operation mode of four boilers in use and one under maintenance is adopted, while the gasifier is operated in a manner that allows six units to be in use, one to be on standby, and one under maintenance, thereby ensuring stable and increased production. From January to November this year, Xinjiang Xinye Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. achieved operating revenues of 2.677 billion yuan and total profits of 805 million yuan, recording a double success in terms of production volume and efficiency.
