Recently, Zhou Enli, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Chemical Saiding Engineering Co., Ltd., along with Ji Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, visited Lu’an Chemical Group in Changzhi, Shanxi. There, they held discussions with Wang Zhiqing, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Lu’an Chemical Group, and Ma Junxiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman, and General Manager. Wang Zhiqing extended a warm welcome to Zhou Enli and his party, highly praising Sai Ding’s long-term contributions in terms of technical services and project support. He noted that from the construction of chemical fertilizer plants in Shanxi in the 1980s to today’s comprehensive cooperation, the two sides have worked side by side for decades, with Saiding providing key technical support for the development of Lu’an’s industries. Aiming at the \"dual carbon\" goals, Lu’an is focusing on development in the directions of high-endization, diversification, and low-carbon operations. It looks forward to deepening cooperation with Saiding in areas such as the development of green process packages, digital delivery, and the construction of smart factories, in order to create a new model for collaboration between the central government and local authorities. Zhou Enli expressed his gratitude to Lu’an for its long-term trust and support, and introduced the reforms and developments at Saiding, as well as its technological innovations and the implementation of the \"135\" strategy. He said that Lu’an is a core strategic partner of Saiding, with a solid foundation for their cooperation. Luding will leverage the advantages of China’s full industrial chain in chemical engineering to intensify collaborative efforts in areas such as the transformation of traditional chemical plants, large-scale coal gasification, high-end fertilizers, and non-ferrous metals. It will provide integrated solutions that encompass research and development, design, equipment supply, and operation, thereby helping Lu’an establish zero-carbon demonstration parks and industrial bases for coal-based new materials. It is hoped that the two sides will establish a regular coordination mechanism to advance the implementation of key projects and jointly draw up a new blueprint for cooperation. The talks concluded successfully in a frank and friendly atmosphere, with both sides agreeing to accelerate the implementation of the agreements reached through cooperation, and to work together to make greater contributions to the energy revolution and transformative development of Shanxi. Responsible officials from relevant departments of Lu’an Chemical Group, Tianji Group, and Lu’an Chemical Machinery, as well as responsible comrades from the Business Management Department and Comprehensive Management Department of Saiding Company, attended the meeting.
