The air cooler lacks sufficient cooling capacity in summer; I want to adjust the airflow by modifying the blade angle. Does that expert know what the appropriate angle for the blade is? Is a larger leaf angle always better?

It can be adjusted. Adjust according to the requirements of the fan manufacturer (the principle is 14–16°), and ensure that the motor current in summer does not exceed 90% of the rated value.
There is a scale range for adjusting the blade angle; the greater the angle, the higher the current, and vice versa for the minimum value. Adjustments should be made according to the scale markings, and the blade angles must be consistent; otherwise, vibration will occur. Additionally, before making any adjustments, be sure to turn off the power supply and tie the blades to the beams with ropes to prevent accidental activation and injury.
After increasing the angle of our blades, the current increased and the air volume increased as well, but it seems that the cooling effect didn’t change much; in fact, it even seemed to get worse.
This is the maximum amount; everything that needs to be done has been done, and what remains are technical support issues. Some problems can be solved; if not, just report them. For reference.
Is there a simpler formula I can refer to? I think our blade angle is too large, which causes chaotic airflow inside.
If the air-cooled fins are very dirty, it will also affect the cooling efficiency, and so soot blowing is required. If there isn’t enough cooling capacity during design, then it’s necessary to consult the manufacturer to see how it can be adjusted
