Centered around core products such as square atmospheric-pressure electrolyzers! Lan Kun Hydrogen Energy held a preparatory meeting for large-scale production. On April 19, Lan Kun Hydrogen Energy convened such a meeting, bringing together all key employees from the production, technical, management teams as well as those working on the front lines, to thoroughly discuss all aspects related to the preparation for large-scale production. This marks a transition for the company from the stages of technology development, pilot testing, testing and certification, and equipment finalization, into a new phase focused on achieving large-scale production. The meeting focused on the technical parameters, material standards, and processing techniques of core products such as square atmospheric-pressure electrolyzers. It clarified the mass production approach of “laying a foundation through standards, promoting efficiency via regulations, enhancing effectiveness through teamwork, and winning the market with quality,” thereby setting the direction for future large-scale production efforts. This special meeting discusses and confirms each step of the entire production process, taking into account the design specifications and material properties of square atmospheric-pressure electrolyzers with capacities of 1,000, 2,000, 4,000 Nm³/h, etc. From the processing of core components and the assembly and commissioning of equipment, to gas-liquid separation and purification as well as performance testing and verification, the operating procedures, technical parameters, and quality thresholds for each process are meticulously defined. This creates a standardized and implementable process system that is fully traceable, thereby ensuring the stability and high quality of the products from the very outset. The meeting proposed that, in line with the requirement of \"establishing standards for everyone and creating norms for each position,\" all employees should develop operation procedures and work instructions based on practical experience. These documents should cover aspects such as process steps, key parameters, quality checkpoints, and safety guidelines. A management framework of \"standard establishment – implementation – supervision and improvement\" should be put in place to ensure that operations are carried out according to established rules and that management is organized systematically, thereby enabling every employee to become a practitioner and promoter of the mass production standards.
