The 25th National \"Safety Production Month\" in 2026: Everyone should talk about safety and know how to handle emergencies; identify and address potential risks and hazards. -------------------------------------------------- Recently, the high-efficiency and low-cost PEM water electrolysis system with a capacity of 1,000 standard cubic meters per hour, developed independently by Lansi Group, completed 72 hours of industrial testing, with all performance indicators exceeding the design standards. 　　Reportedly, the system is equipped with ultra-thin proton exchange membranes and low-loading precious metal catalysts. It can seamlessly adapt to fluctuating conditions in new energy power supply. Its overall cost is 20%–30% lower than that of similar products of the same specifications, effectively overcoming the cost barriers to the large-scale implementation of green hydrogen. This test strictly adhered to industrial application standards, with full on-site supervision by the international authority SGS. The system demonstrates excellent performance across multiple core performance indicators: the current density can reach 3 amperes per square centimeter, and the DC power consumption of the electrolyzer is as low as 4.2 kWh per standard cubic meter, placing its energy efficiency at the industry’s leading level ； The hydrogen concentration in oxygen is stably controlled at 0.02%–0.04%, ensuring high safety and reliability of the system ； It features an extremely wide load regulation range and millisecond-level load change response capability, enabling it to precisely adapt to the intermittent and fluctuating operating conditions characteristic of wind and solar energy. 　　Building on this trial, Lanshi Group will continue to advance the iteration of hydrogen production equipment and the upgrading of related system technologies, aiming to improve the level of equipment integration as well as the flexibility of these systems to adapt to different new energy applications. It will also accelerate the development of process packages for 60-megawatt green hydrogen plants and the testing of direct photovoltaic connection technologies, in order to create standardized, replicable, and scalable comprehensive solutions for green hydrogen production.
