In 2026, the 25th National \"Safety Production Month\" will see everyone talking about safety and everyone knowing how to respond to emergencies, with efforts focused on identifying and addressing potential risks and hazards. On June 10, the Zhejiang Online Approval and Supervision Platform for Investment Projects showed that the project for the construction of a high-end equipment manufacturing base for gas energy by Zhongke Fuhai had been approved for registration. Total investment: 1.4 billion. Planned start date: August 2026; planned completion date: April 2029. Location of construction: Ma’an Sub-district, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. Scale and scope of construction: To build a manufacturing base for new energy and green gas equipment, centered around autonomous and controllable large-scale hydrogen-helium cryogenic refrigeration technology. Two new intelligent main production lines will be established – one dedicated to new energy equipment (flexible hydrogen production equipment, large-scale hydrogen liquefaction equipment, new types of energy storage equipment) and another dedicated to green gas equipment (large-scale air separation equipment, small-scale air separation equipment, energy-storage type air separation equipment, rare gas equipment, on-site gas production equipment, gas purification equipment). In addition, two traditional auxiliary production lines will be set up (one each for new energy equipment and green gas equipment), primarily used for the manufacture of small batches of custom-made equipment. The construction is planned in two phases. Phase 1 will cover an area of about 100 mu, where dedicated production lines for new energy equipment as well as auxiliary production lines will be built. Once Phase 1 is operational, it is expected to generate an annual output value of 600 million yuan and annual tax revenues of 30 million yuan ； The second-phase site covers approximately 71 mu, where dedicated production lines for green gas equipment as well as auxiliary production lines will be built. Upon the complete completion of the project, it will have an annual production capacity of 100 units sets of large-scale equipment. Three years after the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to generate annual sales of 1.08 billion yuan and annual tax revenues of 51.5 million yuan.
