Antimony pentachloride reactor type?

Help: Does anyone know the method for preparing antimony pentachloride (SbCl5)? Currently, antimony blocks are placed in a reactor and chlorine gas is passed through them; an external circulating water pipeline is used to obtain antimony pentachloride. But in this case, it’s very difficult to control the reactor temperature; the introduction of chlorine is controlled by a needle valve, which results in a long catalyst preparation time and makes control difficult. I’m hoping someone can provide information on this topic
In intermittent reactions, the needle valve can be used so that it stops operating when the temperature becomes high, and resumes operation once the temperature drops
I hope there will be good reactor designs that can operate in a continuous manner
