On September 9, the public announcement of the environmental protection acceptance monitoring report for the distillation technology upgrade project of R32 production facility with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons at Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluorine Co., Ltd. was released. The details of the project are as follows: Project name: Refining technology upgrade project for the 30,000-ton/year R32 production facility at Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluorine Co., Ltd ; Construction unit: Ruyuan Dongyangguang Fluorine Co., Ltd ; Construction location: Within the existing campus of Ruyuan Dongyang Fluorine Co., Ltd., Ruyuan Chemical Industry Base, Guangdong ; Project investment: 4 million yuan ; Project nature: Technical transformation ; Construction scale: After the technical upgrade project is completed, the recovery volume of R31 will be 180 tons per year, and that of R32 will be 160 tons per year ; This project involves upgrading the distillation system based on the existing R32 installation, by purchasing distillation tower equipment as well as other related auxiliary devices and facilities. No new land will be required for this purpose. The main construction activities include partially demolishing within the existing R32 installation area (Phase 1) the degassing tower from Phase 1 of the R32 installation, the R31 distillation tower and its associated equipment, as well as the finished product molecular sieve dryer; new equipment such as a vacuum distillation tower, an R32 recovery tower, and an R31 recovery tower will be installed.
