The Dongyue Fluorosilicon Materials Industrial Park has an initial area of 4.64 square kilometers and is the largest fluorosilicon materials production base in Asia. The park’s core products are green and environmentally friendly refrigerants, fluorine-based chemicals, and silicone polymer materials. Its production scale, technical level, and market share are among the best in the world, earning it a high reputation both in the domestic and international markets. It has also developed a relatively complete product chain and industrial cluster for environmentally friendly refrigerants, fluorosilicon materials, membrane materials, etc. The park has been successively recognized as a model park in Shandong Province’s chemical industry, as well as a national “pilot and demonstration unit for smart parks”. It has been ranked among the top 10 most promising chemical parks in the country for two consecutive years. In recent years, the Dongyue Fluorosilicon Materials Industrial Park has developed rapidly, with its infrastructure and supporting facilities continuously improving. The park’s construction and industrial development have reached a significant scale, and the conditions for expansion are now in place; therefore, there is an urgent need for expansion. The area to be expanded amounts to 1,711.4 mu.
