According to Sinochem New Network, in 2025, Juhua Jusheng made significant efforts in technological innovation to improve the efficiency of its production facilities. The output of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE), the key raw material used in its production, increased by 1.88% compared to the previous year, reaching a new historical high. By 2025, the company will strengthen production organization, refine task allocation, and enhance the digitalization level of its facilities, thereby increasing the qualified rate of TFE products by 1 percentage point compared to the previous year. It will also improve process management by focusing on key indicators, identifying factors that hinder the efficiency of the facilities, and promoting professional collaboration among those responsible for processes, machinery, and operational tasks. This approach will help to extend the operating life of key equipment such as distillation towers. Additionally, technological innovations and improvements will be implemented in steam-side magnetic control systems, addressing the issues that impede the efficient operation of reactors; as a result, the capacity of each reactor is expected to increase by about 10%. Through projects aimed at reusing hot water and recovering by-products from the system, the company will improve recovery rates and thus generate additional profits. (Bao Weizhong)
