! A project for a phosphorus-fluorine new material mineralization integration industrial park in Kaiyang, Guizhou, with an investment of around 4.5 billion yuan, has been signed. The construction scope includes the development of a 3-million-ton-per-year green mine in Yongwen as well as the Mingniwan mine; production of 300,000 tons per year of wet-process phosphate (P2O5), 200,000 tons per year of purified phosphate, and 100,000 tons per year of phosphorus-based new energy materials; 20,000 tons per year of fluorine-based new materials; 200,000 tons per year of high-efficiency fertilizers; and 900,000 tons per year of phosphogypsum filling, along with related projects. The construction will take place in phases. It is estimated that once the project is fully completed and operational, it will generate an annual output value of around 4.5 billion, along with tax revenues of approximately 750 million. The project is implemented in two phases; the total investment for the first phase is approximately 1.73 billion, covering 150,000 tons per year of wet-process phosphoric acid (P2O5), 100,000 tons per year of purified phosphoric acid, 10,000 tons per year of fluorides, as well as related infrastructure, along with the construction of the Mingnivan mine (including mineral processing). Upon completion and full operation of the project, it is expected to generate an annual output value of around 1.5 billion yuan (approximately 1.1 billion yuan from the chemical sector and around 400 million yuan from the Mingniwan mine), as well as tax revenues of about 210 million yuan.
